Incoloy 800 alloy Cr content is usually 15-25%, nickel content of 30-45%, and a small amount of aluminum and titanium.

Incoloy 800 alloy rapid cooling from high temperatures are in the austenite single region, therefore, the use of state of a single austenite.

Incoloy 800 steel Corrosion resistance:
Incoloy 800 steel Many corrosive media capability corrosion. Its high nickel content in aqueous corrosion conditions has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking. High chromium content so that it has better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good resistance to nitric acid, organic acid corrosion, but the limited corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. In addition to pitting corrosion may occur halide, there are very good corrosion resistance in an oxidizing and non-oxidizing salt. Water, steam, and a mixture of steam, air, carbon dioxide also has good corrosion resistance.

Incoloy 800 steel thermal processing
1, the temperature range of 1200 ℃ ~ 950 ℃, cooling water quenching or rapid air cooling.
2, in order to get the best performance and creep resistance, thermal processing to be performed after solution treatment.
3, the material can be fed directly into the furnace is heated to 1200 ℃, the rapid heat released after a sufficient time, at a predetermined temperature range of thermal processing. When the material temperature drops below the hot working temperature, it needs to re-heating.
