Incoloy 800HT steel thermal processing
1, the temperature range of 1200 ℃ ~ 950 ℃, cooling water quenching or rapid air cooling.
2, in order to get the best performance and creep resistance, thermal processing to be performed after solution treatment.
3, the material can be fed directly into the furnace is heated to 1200 ℃, the rapid heat released after a sufficient time, at a predetermined temperature range of thermal processing. When the material temperature drops below the hot working temperature, it needs to re-heating.
