GH4145 Corrosion-resistant steel

GH4145 below 980 ℃ has good resistance to corrosion and oxidation resistance, 800 ℃ the following high strength below 540 ℃ has good resistance to relaxation properties, but also has good formability and weldability at low temperaturesIt has excellent mechanical properties.

GH4145 Application field are:
The alloy has a high temperature environment good corrosion resistance and creep rupture strength, good mechanical properties, is widely used, the following 980 ℃ have sufficient strength and corrosion resistance to oxidation
1. manufacture high temperature working spring, bolt; gas turbine rotor blades on the impellers and other structures;
2. on the rocket engine thrust chamber;
3. thrust reversers on the aircraft;
4. The large pressure vessel;
5. Flexible gas were mounted, flexible seal die, rubber machinery electric blade.
