Incoloy A-286 steel

Incoloy A-286 below 650 ℃ with high yield strength and durability, creep strength, and has good processing of plastic and satisfactory welding performance. Suitable for the manufacture of aircraft engines, high-temperature load-bearing parts below 650 ℃ long-term work and so on.

Weldability
1. With a satisfactory weld properties, and welding, spot welding, seam welding welding;
2. alloy welding in solid solution, aging treatment after welding.

Parts Heat Treatment
1. The solution temperature 980 ~ 1000 ℃, after incubation at different times of the part-sectional thickness air-cooled, oil cooling or water cooling, and then, after 700 ~ 720 ℃ 12 ~ 16h aging air-cooled;
2. Heat Treatment Quality GH2132 alloy parts: solution 900 ℃ ± 10 ℃, 1 ~ 2h, oil-cooled + aging 750 ℃ ± 10 ℃, 16h, air cooling.

Incoloy A-286 steel application : Aviation engine components, engine compressor discs, turbine disc, casing bearing ring, turbocharger, turbo wheels, afterburner parts and fasteners, fasteners and sheet metal welded bearing parts.
