Inconel 601 Steel

An important property Inconel 601 alloy is capable of up to 1180 ℃ in temperature have antioxidant activity. Even under very severe conditions, such as heating and cooling cycle, 601 can generate a dense layer of oxide film to get high spalling resistance. 601 has good resistance to carbonation. Because it has high chromium and aluminum content, 601 has good oxidation resistance at high temperature sulfur atmosphere.

Inconel 601 Application field are:
1. The use of heat treatment plant trays, baskets and fixtures.
2. steel wire strand annealing and radiant tubes, high-speed gas burner, industrial furnace mesh belt. 
3. ammonia reforming the isolation tank and manufacture of nitric acid and catalytic support grid.
